Capstone Project
As a capstone project for the Master's in Management and Leadership through Western Governors University, our goal was to reimagine a current leadership program in a known entity. I chose the public education system's pathway to administration.
The Project
Situation
Synthesize key concepts from the Masters program and develop a management and leadership development program for a known entity. Include a process to foster the management and leadership skills of current and feature leaders within an organization. These skills would be employed to formal and informal leadership positions throughout the company and targeted towards a specific leadership audience.
Task
Reimagine the leadership pathway of the public education system.
Based upon the current ladder to administration in the public school system, this process had to be redesigned to be more accessible, increase transparency, fluidity in authority, and continued support for those interested.

Create and deliver a presentation to key stakeholders proposing a new leadership preparation program.
